Yes! I offer a free 30-minute consultation. This is a chance for me to learn more about what you’re looking for in therapy, and for you to get a sense of who I am, how I work, and whether it feels like a good fit. I’m also happy to answer any questions you have during this time.

In our first few sessions, I’ll ask questions to get to know you — not just what brings you to therapy, but also what your life looks like outside of it. We’ll explore things like your relationships, interests, values, and what you’re hoping to focus on in our work together.
My goal is to build a strong, supportive relationship where you feel safe enough to show up fully and share openly — at your own pace.
